Rolling Sheet Metal Work

We have a range of sheet metal rollers which we use to produce curved sheet metal from a few millimeters wide up to 1900mm wide.

Our rollers are designed to use aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. We currently have 3 sets of rollers – Large 15mm, small 12mm and thin 2mm.

The standard rollers can be set to produce very tight curves, to form tubes or open out to very slight rads.

Guillotine Work

Our machine can cut up to 5mm thick to 2mm stainless steel. The metals most common to cut are aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. We can cut up to 2500mm wide. Our shortest cut is 20mm and our longest is 75mm. Each metal we use on this machine has an accurate ac stop.

Hydraulic Work

We have a 150 tonne hydraulic press which is use to generate compressive force. This machine is used by our mechanical engineers to push out shafts, push in sleeves and push in and out bushes and bearings. We are able to rebuild gearboxes by moving the shaft and gear/s in to place with this press.

Plasma Cutting

This process of cutting cuts through electrically conductive metals by an accelerated jet of hot plasma. We can cut up to a thickness of 40mm, profiling material including aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. Other metal may be cut as well. We are able to cut sheets/plates up to the size of 30mm.

Structural Engineering

We fabricate an install our metal work for structural use such as:

  • Ceiling Support
  • Structural Beams
  • General Steel Erection
  • Gladded Roof & Sides
  • Mezzanine Floors

MEWP Trained & Licensed

We are trained and have qualification in MEWP (Mobile Elevating Working Platform) for the operation of a cherry picker and a boom lift. Having these certificates and many other qualifications allows us to carry work out at height.

Brake Press

Our brake press enables us to use plate and folding sheet materials including aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel to form sheets to the requested degrees using metal up to 10mm thick and up to 3200mm long.

Stainless Steel All Pipe Welding

We are coded up to a 5 diameter size pipe for water, air and fuel pipe welding.

Oxy acetylene welding and cutting

Oxy acetylene welding and cutting are processes that use fuel gases and oxygen to weld and cut metals such as mild steel. The metal is heat treated and heat dressed in to the shape requested by the customer

Oxy Propane Cutting

This gas is available for on-site work use for cutting metals.
