To maximise safety it is important that every installation is periodically inspected and tested as per regulations to prevent danger or damage occurring.

We produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports. These are in most circumstances to gain insurance on the premises. This varies form PAT testing to PI testing.

We are able to take the values, results and measurements during the Electrical Installation Condition Reports to record clearly our recommendations if needed on any damage or deteriorations that will need to be repaired or replaced.

Our experienced and fully qualified engineers have a full range of testing which can be carried out to suit your requirements and needs on site.

Electrical Installations

  • Motor, gearbox, pump and fan specification design and install
  • Plant control design, supply and install
  • Power distribution install and re-fits
  • Control gear alteration and re-wiring
  • Bespoke design and panel build
  • PLC trained engineers

All types of electrical installation work is undertaken ranging from new main distribution to factory lighting.

PAT Testing

This test checks the electrical safety of portable appliances and also include a visual inspection looking for damage to leads or the appliance.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
This inspection and testing will identify the condition and pick up any defects and faults that do not comply with the current BS7671 wiring regulations. We can arrange for the inspection and testing to be carried out to suit site specific requirements.

Thermographic Surveys

This live test is carried out on installations using a camera to identify any potential faults and dangers within the wiring system. Thermographic surveys are non-intrusive and cause no disruption to customer’s production and daily running. It helps plan for repairs during shutdown/downtime periods, reducing the occurrence of breakdowns.

Many more tailored inspections and testing on request.
Work can be arranged to suit the individual’s needs of the customer to complete the required testing in a convenient and effective way.
Upon completion of all testing, the results and any findings will be supplied to the customer in a report which can be discussed and faults fully explained.
